Situated high on the hill, The Hill House is a true country palace. Watch the deer and turkeys roam while the morning fog rises from the yard. Sunsets and late-night bonfires add a warming aroma to the country air. Our home is quite and secluded, yet close to all the surrounding towns amenities. Less than 2 miles from the Delaware River, state access, and boat rentals. 5 minutes to Downtown Callicoon, 15 minutes to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, 30 minutes to major shopping centers and only 2.5 hours from NYC.
Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. The fully renovated kitchen features all your common appliances and is stocked with all your necessary cooking-ware. The stone fireplace along with rustic décor compliments the natural environment. And the game / bar room features pool, air hockey and poker tables filling your nights with fun and laughter.
The Hill House is surrounded by 3 acres of deep woods and a large manicured yard, great for all sports or relaxing. Outside furniture and BBQ are included.
